40 active days in the last 12 weeks · 18 weeks in a row · 4 days so far this week (4 days last week).
Each column is a week, Monday at the top; a green day had something logged.
This week by muscle
Each working set of a strength exercise counts once for the muscles it works mainly and half for those it works secondarily; a muscle that only braces or steadies (the abs and the hamstrings in a squat, the grip in a row, everything but the target in a hold) isn't counted, nor are stretches and conditioning moves. Studies of muscle growth group weekly sets per muscle as under 5, 5–9 and 10 or more; more weekly sets grew more muscle, by smaller steps as sets rose (Schoenfeld and colleagues, 2017; Pelland and colleagues, 2025). These are counts of what you logged, not a target.

Your lifts
Every point on the trend is recomputed from a logged set with the Epley estimate — verifiable, not asserted. The 🏆 marks a session that beat every prior session's estimated 1RM; it's a fixed rule, so re-logging the same session can't create another. Sessions logged while you were flagged injured — or during the graded return after one — sit out the comparison: PRs were paused there, so they never wear the trophy or set the bar.
Barbell back squat
est. 1RM 329.2 lb · 282.9 lb → 329.2 lb over 6 sessions
Training you recorded as done rather than set by set. There are no loads to plot, so these don't appear on the trend above — but they move your program forward and count toward your daily movement and streak.

A record is a session whose best set beat every earlier session of that lift outside a pause (estimated with Epley's formula); a lift's first session is its first record. A session logged while records were paused — an injury, a graded return — is never one.
